M2HTML

This toolbox is intended to provide automatic generation of MATLAB M-files and toolboxes documentation in HTML (like Doxygen for C++).

XMLTree

XMLTree is an XML 1.0 parser written in MATLAB. It is embedded in a MATLAB class including powerful methods to import, export, access and modify the data. XPath language is used for addressing parts of the XML document.

GIfTI

A MATLAB library to handle GIfTI Geometry file format from the Neuroimaging Informatics Technology Initiative (NIfTI).

Highlight

Highlight is a MATLAB function which converts a MATLAB M-file into HTML, RTF or LaTeX with colored syntax highlighting (similar to the Mathworks M-file editor).

Template

Template is a MATLAB class to handle HTML templates as in Perl or PHP.
